How we bid

We bid as a subcontractor. Always.

JACE does not act as general contractor and does not carry other trades. That removes the question before it gets asked.

What we need from you
  • Drawings and specification, or the relevant sections
  • The bid close date
  • Site address and expected start window
  • Anything unusual about access, sequencing or site conditions
What you get back
  • A number priced on the scope as drawn
  • A written list of exclusions — no assumptions left implied
  • A start date and a finish date we will hold
  • Named contact for the duration of the job
Capability sheet

Two pages, no financials, sendable inside a bid package

What an estimator actually wants at the qualifying stage. It costs nothing to give away, so it is an open download.
