What a foundation package from JACE covers
Excavation handover check, strip footings and pads, formed walls with a modular panel system, grade beams and interior bearing walls poured in the same package where the drawings allow, tie holes plugged and damp-proofed, and the wall released for backfill on a stated date.
On multi-unit work the foundation package and the framing package can come from the same company — one number, one schedule, no gap between the two trades.
