The job
A cut-in lot in the woods, and a spec build where the whole concrete package had to clear the site inside a week.

A builder needed the full concrete package for a spec house at Durham Bridge — footings, foundation walls and slab — on a wooded lot cut in for the build.

A five-person crew placed 40 m³ in total. Footings and walls were formed, poured and stripped over three days; the slab followed as a single one-day pour.
