The job
A two-week window for the whole structural concrete scope, with the largest placement — 35 m³ of the 48 — going in as one pour.
- 01 — What was asked for
A 7,200 square foot ServiceMaster shop needed its structural concrete: footings, five-foot foundation walls and the column pads for the building frame.
- 02 — What we did
A five-person crew formed and placed 48 m³ of 25 MPa concrete over two weeks. The main wall run went in as a single 35 m³ placement rather than being broken into sections, with column pads formed and tied alongside.
- 35 m³ of the 48 placed in one continuous pour
- Five-person crew across the full scope
- Footings, five-foot walls and column pads inside two weeks
- 03 — How it finished
Foundation and footings complete mid-July 2026, two weeks from start.
