01 / 03
The job

An infill lot in an established Saint John neighbourhood, with occupied houses hard against the property line on three sides.

  1. 01 — What was asked for

An 18-unit residential development needed its structural concrete package: strip footings and nine-foot foundation walls, on an infill lot with occupied houses close on three sides.

  2. 02 — What we did

A four-person crew formed and placed approximately 230 m³ of 25 MPa concrete in nine-foot walls. Placement ran off a boom pump reaching across the footprint from the street side.

    • Four-person crew on the whole structural concrete scope
    • Boom-pump placement from the street frontage
    • Nine-foot walls formed, poured and stripped
  3. 03 — How it finished

Structural concrete complete in late September 2025, walls stripped and backfilled ready for the next trade.
