The job
An infill lot in an established Saint John neighbourhood, with occupied houses hard against the property line on three sides.
- 01 — What was asked for
An 18-unit residential development needed its structural concrete package: strip footings and nine-foot foundation walls, on an infill lot with occupied houses close on three sides.
- 02 — What we did
A four-person crew formed and placed approximately 230 m³ of 25 MPa concrete in nine-foot walls. Placement ran off a boom pump reaching across the footprint from the street side.
