A live site on a main road, with the framing package running across multiple building sections at once.

Simpson Building Contractors brought JACE in for the framing package on an 85,000 square foot rental apartment project, spread across several building sections on one site.

Work started in May 2026 and has built to a peak crew of twenty-two, framing the sections in sequence with a crane on site and material staged clear of the road frontage.
