   Colpitts needed the framing package for a three-building, 80-unit residential development on Manhattan Drive — four storeys each, roughly 80,000 square feet across the site.

   The crew framed all three buildings inside about three months, moving between them as each reached the next stage rather than finishing one before opening the next.
