66 units over four storeys, framed in four months
70,000 sq ft of framing on a four-storey, 66-unit rental building for Hansen Construction Group, held to a four-month programme through late and incorrect truss deliveries.

Trusses arrived late and some of them arrived wrong, on a building where the roof line drives everything behind it.
- 01 — What was asked for
Hansen Construction Group needed the framing package for a four-storey, 66-unit rental apartment building of 70,000 square feet — a U-shaped plan around a courtyard, with a broken roof line across the whole run.
- 02 — What we did
A crew of fifteen framed the building over roughly four months. Truss deliveries ran late and part of the order came in incorrect, so the crew worked the sequence around the sections that had usable material and came back to the rest as it landed.
- Crew of fifteen on one building for the full programme
- Framing resequenced around the truss deliveries rather than stopping
- Roof sheathed section by section as trusses were made good
- 03 — How it finished
Framing complete in fall 2021, four months from start, with the truss delays absorbed inside the programme.
